One Owner. One Standard. Every Property.
Adam’s Premier Property Services is deliberately small, fully insured, and built around the idea that the person who quotes your job should be the person standing in your driveway doing it.
New Company. Not New to the Work.
We started this company because the same two complaints kept coming up about exterior contractors down here: nobody turns up when they said they would, and nobody tells you what they actually did.
So the whole business is arranged around fixing those two things. You get an arrival window and we keep it. You get before-and-after photographs whether you were home or in Massachusetts. You get an itemized price in writing before anything starts, and that price is the one on the invoice.
The work itself is the part people assume is the hard bit, and it is really just discipline: the right pressure for the surface, protection down before anything gets turned on, a full rinse afterwards, and the patience to soft wash a roof properly instead of blasting it and moving on to the next one.
We are a young company and we know exactly what we are trading on — competitive pricing, obsessive communication, and work good enough that the neighbors ask who did it. That is how a book of business gets built, and it is the only plan we have.
In the trades and customer service
Boca Raton Raised. In the Trades Since 2011.
Adam Wynick grew up in Boca Raton and never found much reason to leave. He graduated from Florida Atlantic University in 2007 with a B.A. in Urban and Public Affairs, and then found the work that stuck.
He started on the tools with Roto-Rooter in 2011 and has been in plumbing and home services ever since, residential and commercial both — drain cleaning, leak detection, re-pipes, water heaters, fixture and valve work. The unglamorous side of a house, learned properly and in that order.
In between the tools he managed customer support for a national technology company and trained service teams. That is the part most exterior contractors skip, and it is why he answers the phone, sends the estimate when he said he would, and tells you plainly what he found.
The people he would call himself
Fifteen years of service work in South Florida also means fifteen years of learning who is actually any good. When a property needs something outside our scope, Adam has licensed professionals he trusts and makes the introduction himself.
- Licensed plumbers for the work beyond a drain line — re-pipes, water heaters, slab leaks and anything that needs a permit.
- Electricians, AC and roofing companies who keep an arrival window and put the number in writing first.
- General contractors for the larger jobs, when what the property actually needs is a plan rather than a visit.
- No referral fee in either direction — these are names he would use on his own house, and that is the only reason they are on the list.
Six Things We Do Not Compromise On.
The owner is on site
No rotating crews, no subcontracted labor who have never seen the property. Adam quotes the work and Adam does the work — which is also why the schedule is honest rather than oversold.
Insured, and glad to prove it
Fully insured, with the certificate sent directly to you, your HOA or your property manager before the first visit. Vendor registration for gated communities is handled as a matter of course.
Discretion is part of the job
Gate codes, alarm codes and key access are held by the owner alone. They are never written on a job ticket, never stored in a shared system, and never passed to anyone else.
The price does not move
Written and itemized before we start. If we find something unexpected we stop and call you — there is no discovery of extra charges once the equipment is already in your driveway.
The property is left better than found
Beds pre-soaked, plantings covered, fixtures shielded, furniture moved and replaced, site fully rinsed, debris taken away. You should not be able to tell we were there except by looking at the house.
Everything is documented
Before-and-after photographs after every visit, and a written report on anything we noticed that you should know about — whether or not it is something we can fix.
Estates and Ordinary Streets, Same Standard.
Some of our work is behind gates on the island. A lot of it is a three-bedroom house in Wellington that needs the driveway done before the family arrives. Neither one gets a different version of us.
- Estate and waterfront owners who want one insured, discreet point of contact rather than five vendors and a calendar.
- Seasonal residents who need the property genuinely looked after between April and November, not just glanced at.
- Year-round families who want the house and driveway kept right without chasing anyone to come out.
- Property managers and realtors preparing a listing, a closing or a turnover on a real deadline.
- HOAs and communities needing insured, registered vendors who show up with the paperwork already sorted.
